This policy explains what information this site collects — and today, the answer is almost none.

This page describes how we operate today, but has not yet been reviewed by a legal adviser. Your statutory rights under Malaysian consumer law are unaffected.
What we collect today
At present this site does not collect any personal information from visitors.
- No customer accounts.
- No contact or subscription forms.
- No analytics tools.
- No advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
Cart & browser storage
When you add a product to the cart, that list is stored on our servers. Your browser holds only a technical cookie identifying the cart; it contains no name, price or payment details.
You can empty the cart at any time from the cart page, or by clearing site data in your browser settings.
Your language choice is carried in the URL, not in a cookie.
What we collect at checkout
To process your order we collect the following.
- Name, phone number and email address.
- Delivery address and postcode.
- The details of your order.
To be confirmed
Data retention periods and the legal basis for processing are still being confirmed with a legal adviser.
Third parties
To fulfil your order, your order details are shared with our service providers: the payment gateway, the courier company and the email provider. For no other purpose.
Advertising measurement is described separately in the next section.
We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

Advertising & measurement
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram. This site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure which adverts actually lead to a sale.
What is sent to Meta is the pages you view on this site, the products you add to the cart, and the value of a completed order.
Email addresses and phone numbers are sent only as one-way hashes (SHA-256), never as plain text. Your name, delivery address and payment details are not sent to Meta.
You can limit activity-based advertising in your Meta account settings, or by blocking third-party cookies in your browser. Blocking it does not affect your ability to buy here.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for inaccurate data to be corrected, and withdraw your consent.

Children
This site is not directed at children. Some of our products suit children, but purchases are made by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
