AlSultanFood Sunflower Seeds are shelled kernels from the sunflower plant (Helianthus annuus). The plant is native to North America, and its seeds have been eaten for thousands of years.
Unlike in-shell kuaci, these kernels are ready to eat — no shells everywhere and no cracking. They taste mild and slightly nutty, with a pleasant crunch.
Sunflower seeds are good on their own, sprinkled over salads, oats and yoghurt, or mixed into homemade bread, cookies and granola.
Available in 150g, 250g, 500g and 1kg in a clear screw-top jar. Close tightly and keep somewhere cool and dry so they stay crunchy.
