The fruit is large, soft and naturally sweet — lovely served chilled at iftar, repacked for retail, or used in drinks and desserts.
Buying in bulk works out cheaper than buying small packs again and again. It is a practical choice for community iftars, kenduri, caterers, cafés and Ramadan bazaar sellers.
Put them in a freezer as soon as they arrive. According to the supplier, they keep for up to 2 years while frozen. Divide them into smaller containers when you first open the pack, so you only thaw what you need.
Important: frozen dates are not shipped to Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan. We deliver them within Peninsular Malaysia only.
